WhatYoullDo
Be the primary point of contact for clientsfamiliesand caregivers
Match caregivers to clients based on skills schedules and personalities
Coordinate schedules and ensure shifts are fully staffed
Assistwith caregiver recruiting interviewingonboardingand orientation
Monitor caregiver availabilitycredentialsand compliance
Maintainaccuratedocumentation in scheduling and care management systems
YoullThrive Here If You Have
2years experiencein home care healthcare coordination scheduling or staffing
Strong communicationskills and professional phone presence
Highly organized detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment(this is an in-office position
Experience with home care scheduling software or ATS systems preferred
