Chief Financial Officer

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with a proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup. As a key member of our leadership team the CFO will be responsible for driving growth through strategic financial initiatives managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Experience: 15-20 years

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic financial plans budgets and governance frameworks
Manage investor relations including financial communications stakeholder management and analyst relations
Oversee export and import finance management including trade finance and cash management
Lead merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives including due diligence and integration
Raise debt equity and strategic investments to support business growth
Ensure compliance with SEBI Companies Act and other regulatory frameworks
Drive growth through strategic financial initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as CFO or Group CFO in a manufacturing organization with a minimum of 7-8 operational plants
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) & SAP mandatory
Should have good exposure in the manufacturing industry.
Strong exposure to M&A investor relations export and import finance management and fundraising
Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup
Strong leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive growth through strategic financial initiatives
