Marketing & HR Coordinator
Location: Kadavanthara Ernakulam
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: per month
Experience: 2 years experience in marketing HR or administrative roles (construction or trades industry preferred)
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage marketing materials including brochures presentations proposals and company profiles
Maintain company website and social media platforms (Instagram Facebook etc.)
Coordinate marketing efforts for construction projects bids and proposals
Assist in branding advertising and promotional campaigns
Collect project photos testimonials and case studies for marketing use
Coordinate trade shows job fairs and industry events
Basic HR functions
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
