Job Summary

Growfinity Solutions is a leading player in the IT Services and Consulting industry, headquartered in Mumbai, India. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive our sales efforts. As a Sales Executive at Growfinity Solutions, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and developing strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and secure new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet revenue targets

- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall performance

- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities


Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales or relevant role

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

- Understanding of sales performance metrics

- Willingness to travel for client meetings


Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration

- Certification in Sales or Marketing
