Senior Associate, Title Insurance Services

Job Description:

• Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client
• Ability to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace Redvision Tapestry and Netronline
• Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
• Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed
• Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information
• Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines
• Maintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals
• Should be capable of producing error free work consistently
• Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor
• Timely completion of all work assignments and projects

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidature will need to have minimum 3years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state fast paced high volume work environment
• The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work priorities
• Familiarity with title production applications such as Resware and Title Plants as DataTrace Redvision Tapestry and Netronline
• Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
• Flexible to work in any shift. Position is primarily for night shift.
• Any Graduate
