Our client is a fast-growing B2B platform supporting enterprise organizations with scalable employee-facing programs and services across global markets.Headquartered in Unites States with an established R&D hub in Turkey the company is expanding into new global markets and looking for a leader who can help accelerate revenue growth through a strong go-to-market approach.

We are hiring a Sales Lead based in Turkey responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy in international markets and working closely with Sales & Marketing stakeholders to unlock growth.



Your Mission

This role is for a commercial leader who has done it before:
entered new markets
built pipeline from scratch
opened doors with enterprise accounts
and turned strategy into revenue.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the companys global expansion strategy in line with business and revenue targets
  • Identify new market opportunities prioritize them and drive market entry execution plans
  • Build and scale an enterprise pipeline through consultative outreach stakeholder mapping and strategic prospecting
  • Engage senior decision makers and position value effectively
  • Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand enterprise needs and assess solution fit
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification proposals negotiation contracting and closing
  • Build commercial partnerships and ecosystems to increase footprint and speed up expansion
  • Develop competitive landscape insights and build winning strategies for key markets and accounts
  • Maintain strong sales rigor: pipeline hygiene forecasting accuracy and performance tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer growth
  • Represent the company confidently in strategic conversations industry events and key customer discussions



Requirements


Required Experience & Skills

  • 10 years of B2B SaaS / tech-enabled services sales experience including ownership of enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record in opening new markets (this is critical) including building GTM creating pipeline and converting early traction into scalable revenue
  • Strong experience in enterprise consultative sales long sales cycles multiple stakeholders and value-based selling
  • Ability to build relationships with senior decision makers and influence outcomes across functions
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation deal strategy and closing capabilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced evolving environments with high ownership and accountability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both senior and cross-functional stakeholders
  • A proactive builder mentality: adaptable resourceful and execution-driven


Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling into or working with employee support services corporate care programs EAP-related ecosystems or adjacent partner networks (strong plus)
  • Existing network or exposure to enterprise buyers across HR / People / Total Rewards / Employee Services
  • Experience working across different cultures and regions (Europe GCC UK US etc.)
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams is a plus
