REPORTING
Analyze daily weekly and monthly field sales performance data
Monitor and report key KPIs (Volume Numeric & Weighted Distribution SKU penetration Call Productivity Strike Rate etc.)
Prepare regional and distributor-level performance comparisons
Conduct inactive customer and billing gap analyses
Evaluate route efficiency and visit frequency performance
Monitor forecast accuracy and perform variance analysis
Support incentive and bonus scheme performance tracking
Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership
Ensure CRM and field application data accuracy and consistency
Provide ad-hoc analyses to support commercial projects
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering Statistics or a related field.
24 years of experience in FMCG sales analytics or commercial analysis
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables Power Query data modeling)
Preferably experience with Power BI or Tableau
Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Strong reporting and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and results-driven
