Were searching for aProject Manager to join our Government Commercial Solutions (OneView) team so that we can deliver complex high-value projects for defense maritime and offshore engineering clients. The Project Manager will lead multi-year SaaS implementation projects ensuring successful delivery and strong client relationships.
How Youll Spend Your Time
- Manage large-scale SaaS custom implementation projects to meet client objectives
- Coordinate internal technical and business teams to deliver customised solutions
- Drive project governance risk management and change control processes
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues
- Oversee budgets timelines and resource planning for complex programmes
What Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You Having
- 5 years experience in project management ideally in SaaS or enterprise software delivery
- Proven success in managing multi-year high-value projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of structured delivery frameworks (Agile and Waterfall)
- Ability to commute to Richmond office at least once a month (more preferred)
- Interest in defence maritime or offshore engineering sectors
- Ability to work collaboratively and confidently in a client-facing environment
