The Executive and Partnership Resources Operations Manager will oversee the daily functions of the Office of Executive & Partnership Resources serving as a strategic partner to the Chief of Staff Partnership Resources Manager Partnership Resources Coordinator the Partner & Counsel Talent Development team and the Strategic Growth team. This role requires exceptional judgment discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels. The role will report to the Partnership Resources Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the process for updating the global Equity Partner and Non-Equity Partner Manuals ensuring accuracy relevance and alignment with firm strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the annual calendar of Partner and Executive Committee Meetings and oversee the maintenance of the documented governance structure for Practice Group Leaders and Committee assignments.
  • Manage and optimize the Office of the Executive & Partnership Affairs processes framework ensuring seamless workflow integration across teams.
  • Partner with the Partnership Resources Coordinator and Legal Talent Manager to ensure all partner and counsel related policies are updated and accessible including distribution protocols local storage requirements and archival processes (e.g. Senior Counsel and Retired Partner memo etc.).
  • Partner with the Partnership Resources Coordinator and Legal Talent Manager to establish and maintain a tracking system for global leaves transfers and relocations.
  • Lead the execution of global partner meetings (including New Partner and Counsel Orientation):
    • Own vendor communication and contract negotiation for meeting venues hotels conference spaces and dining/event locations in partnership with the events team.
    • Manage the technology systems for event registration attendance and engagement through the Cvent platform.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership on agenda development and strategic messaging.
    • Direct cross-functional teams including Creative Services and event staff to deliver cohesive high-impact experiences.
  • Drive special projects and new initiatives that enhance operational excellence and support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Five to seven years of progressive operations or project management experience preferably in a law firm or professional services setting with demonstrated expertise in process optimization and strategic event management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to independently manage competing priorities and simultaneously lead multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt work hours based on business needs.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the firm.
  • Unwavering commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

The estimated base salary for this position is $125000.00 to $135000.00 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors including skills education training credentials experience scope and complexity of role responsibilities geographic location and performance. This role is exempt meaning that it is not eligible for overtime pay.
