About the role

Managing the Corporate Recruitment team within the Corporate Recruitment and Employment function the Manager develops business plans coordinates resources and leads the strategic direction of the unit to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of a range of talent acquisition services for non-Executive roles across the Department. The Manager is responsible for reviewing and implementing service improvements including optimisation of technology to meet resourcing needs across the Department and enable the Plan for NSW Public Education.

About you -

Essential requirements of the role

  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management Organisation Psychology or a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment services and leading teams to delivery contemporary and value-added recruitment practices within complex environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.

Note: the selection process will include a range of assessment techniques to assist in determining your suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment screening for this role which includes a National Criminal History Check.

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires as long as you remain in a nonchild-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
