Client Delivery Executive

What success looks like in this role:

• Independently leads mid-size to large client delivery accounts.

• Follows defined processes to ensure successful implementation engaging with internal resources to ensure a smooth cost effective and high-quality client experience.

• Takes ownership of client issues and ensures effective resolution.

• Effectively escalates delivery or other issues when appropriate.

• Establishes clear governance and communication channels with the client and Unisys delivery organizations to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of implementation processes and goals.

• Manages contract scope conducting periodic (i.e. monthly) operational reviews with service delivery organizations and client.

• Participates in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits.

• In partnership with the Client Executive proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities to clients looking for ways to enhance the companys position and upsell aligned products and services.

• Monitors client / account financial health and recommends steps to remedy financial misses or anomalies.

• Develops and administers budgets schedules and supports the Service Delivery organization to optimize the cost of delivery and service.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience in client servicing project delivery or account management.

• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines budgets and deliverables.

• Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
