Job Summary

The Company

Our client is one of Australias best performing Builder Developers and Property Companies. They have an exciting workbook planned recently announcing record sales for their growing portfolio of high-end residential towers.

The Role

We have been asked to provide Finishing Foreman options with a vacancy to fill at their project in Redcliffe.

As the Finishing Foreman you will report the Site Manager and be responsible for the performance of all finishing trades.

You will develop efficient short-range programs that tie into the targets agreed by the team.

You will drive productivity whilst ensuring the highest quality finish for these high end owner occupier apartments.

About you

Candidates MUST have proven experience working on multi-level (mid to high rise) residential towers on a class one product.

You will be a carpenter by trade with a QBCC Site Supervisors License and 5 Years working as a Supervisor in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor in Australia.

You will be used to working with Systems like Excel Procore and MSP.
