Job Summary

This highly respected boutique builder brings a legacy mindset to the delivery of bespoke architectural homes and commercial projects across Brisbane and Gold Coast.

They operate with industry-leading systems across document control cost reporting and safety supporting a high-quality professional build environment.

Builds range from 1ml to $8M with immediate opportunity to jump straight into residential new builds in some of Brisbanes most exclusive areas.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

Lead and manage construction sites across high-end custom homes ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional quality
Coordinate subcontractors trades and site teams maintaining strict adherence to safety and documentation standards
Monitor build progress cost reporting and quality control ensuring client expectations are exceeded
