The Project

You will be Senior Site Manager on this landmark project in South Brisbane. Circa $240m project value and rising 39 levels above ground.

The Role

Your ability to run a well programmed organised tidy site will be the lead indicator for your success with safety program and quality targets.

You will have experience leading high performing teams of up to 10 people by developing a culture on site that is fine tuned for success.

Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team and subcontractors. Superior written and verbal communication will provide clarity of expectations.

Your program will allow for the highest level of productivity and will give your subcontractors the best opportunity for a safe and clean run at their tasks.

About You

Most importantly you will be a humble team player!

As the Site Manager you will have extensive experience working on projects of a similar scope and size (4 complete projects of circa $200m minimum requirement) for a Tier 1 Developer Builder or Building Contractor. You will have 10 years experience in the role demonstrate long tenure in your resume and be supported by excellent references. Due to the importance of local sub-contractor and consultant relationships Interstate of international experience wont be considered on this occasion.

Remuneration

There is a salary package of up to $285k Super
