  • Location:Sydney-based role
  • On-site Requirement:3-4 days in the office per week
  • Why On-siteThis is a highly collaborative position involving regular face-to-face workshops and close team interaction making in-office presence essential.

Whats the role

As a Manager Data Quality your role will focus on supporting the endtoend delivery of data quality and migration initiatives across the UNITE program. You will bring together business analysis data analysis and delivery coordination to ensure remediation rule interpretation and profiling activities are completed efficiently across technology operations and business teams.

You will be responsible for analysing data quality issues interpreting profiling outputs to identify root causes and guiding remediation pathways. Effective communication skills are essential as you will translate technical data concepts into clear accessible language while managing competing priorities in a complex migration environment.

What do I need

  • Strong background in data quality business or data analysis or delivery roles across data migration banking or regulatory uplift environments.
  • Experience working with regulatory customer data or KYC/FinCrime contexts with the ability to navigate compliancedriven settings.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technology teams (including ETL and Informatica) and operational groups such as IDV remediation and data operations.
  • Exposure to largescale data migration or transformation programs contributing to structured planning and delivery.
  • Advance documentation and governance capability including preparing requirements traceability materials approval packs structured decision records and governance artefacts.
