Whats the role
This role reports into the Expense Services & Processes CCS Finance team and is a Finance job family role with particular focus on the services related to groupwide Investment financial management
The Expense Services & Processes team performs activities including reporting forecasting analytics investment management cost allocations spend management and expense transformation addition the team partners into finance and the business to deliver against non-standard forward-looking and commercially material business priorities
What do I need
- Financial expense management subject matter expertise coupled with experience in managing large projects
- Ability to manage relationships (including offshore teams) and Stakeholder management across functions
- Understanding of the Investment Portfolio and associated outcomes / processes cost base and drivers
- Experience in large complex matrix organisations ideally in Banking or financial services
- Extensive practical application of excel skills; and experience with BI/reporting tools TM1 and large data sets
- Familiarity with Finance and project data and tools e.g. GL TM1 WASP Clarity and Planview Lean six-sigma and design thinking
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g. Financial Control) Sarbanes-Oxley and business controls & monitoring activities
