Job Overview:

A dynamic opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join a committed team within a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting. This role is ideal for a physician dedicated to serving medically needy and underserved populations. We welcome new graduates to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $225000 $300000 annually plus productivity bonuses with potential to add $100000 or more.

Requirements:

Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Experience:
- Open to New Graduates
- Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in a primary care setting ideally within medically underserved communities and/or a community health center.
License/Certification: Current valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon DEA license and CPR certification. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
Others:
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Sensitivity to the needs of a culturally diverse population.
- Commitment to the mission of serving in an FQHC environment.

Schedule:

Full-time: Monday through Friday.
Shifts: Scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this window).
Work Arrangement: On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.
Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
Participate in occasional evening and weekend work as needed to meet patient and clinic needs.
