Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description:
You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization comprising mobile backend web and data science teams. Reporting to the CTO you will develop engineering leads scale delivery systems and ensure a privacy-first approach to generative AI features. This role balances technical excellence with strategic product partnership to ship high-quality consumer experiences internationally.

What you will do:

Manage and coach engineering leads across Backend iOS Android Web and Data Science disciplines to build leadership depth
Partner with product leadership to translate high-level strategy into predictable delivery milestones and measurable technical outcomes
Drive engineering excellence by maturing CI/CD observability and privacy-by-design practices across the entire engineering organization

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager managing other managers or leads in a multi-disciplinary environment
Strong experience delivering consumer-facing products with complex requirements around data privacy security or sensitive user content
Systems-oriented leader who excels at improving team interfaces delivery visibility and operational integrity at scale
