About the Role
The Catering Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the schools catering facilities ensuring the provision of high-quality nutritious meals to students and staff. You will manage catering staff budgets and supplier relationships while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and supervising the catering team

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience managing catering operations or kitchens
Knowledge of food hygiene health and safety and nutritional standards
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage budgets and suppliers effectively
Professional reliable and proactive
Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential.
