Purpose of the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the treasury and tax processes and working closely with the senior finance team on various projects such as M&A and diligence. Youll bring strong technical expertise in tax and corporate accounting ideally gained in a practice environment and enhanced by industry exposure. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international setting and enjoys both hands-on accounting and strategic project work.

Responsibilities

  • Managing cashflow reporting and group models for several internal and external stakeholders

  • Support and manage debt facilities and loan structures including covenant monitoring and liquidity analysis

  • Manage key areas of taxation for the group including group tax management and liaising with and providing information for tax advisors in UK and US on corporate and personal tax.

  • Support commercial decision-making with robust financial analysis and insight.

  • Build review and maintain financial models including cash flow forecasting sensitivity analysis and valuation models

  • Act as a key point of contact for external valuers lenders investors and professional advisers

  • Support due diligence acquisitions and wider strategic transactions

  • Prepare high-quality analysis and papers for senior leadership and Board-level decision making

About you

  • Qualified ACA or equivalent qualification required with 5 years PQE.

  • Strong technical knowledge of tax and corporate accounting ideally from a practice background with exposure in industry.

  • Knowledge or exposure to US tax would be beneficial.

  • Strong technical capability across debt facilities financial modelling and asset valuations

  • Commercially astute with the ability to challenge assumptions and engage confidently with senior stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative personable approach
