Develop and implement sales growth strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region.
Provide comprehensive sales support and professional advice to existing customers.
Coordinate and support key customer projects in alignment with company strategy and direction.
Analyse and evaluate customer needs market trends and requirements including support for new product development initiatives.
Create implement and maintain effective account management processes and customer-specific action plans.
Support and participate in price negotiations in coordination with the Head of Business.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements delivery timelines and quality expectations are met.
Support achievement of sales targets gross margin and collection objectives as defined in the annual budget.
Ensure product complaints at customer sites are followed up and resolved in accordance with company procedures.
Participate in sales budgeting forecasting and reporting activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Business Technical Studies or related field; alternatively equivalent qualifications or relevant experience in the industrial coatings sector.
Good analytical and communication skills with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs.
Fluent in business communication with good proficiency in English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong sales orientation with good negotiation skills.
High level of self-motivation and initiative.
Goal and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Additional Information :
Several years of relevant professional experience in a B2B sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with staff and management at all levels.
Able to perform well under pressure manage conflict professionally and meet strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
Willing and comfortable to travel frequently.
Industry experience is an advantage particularly product knowledge in coatings for plastic substrates.
