Job Summary
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Account Manager Liaison to serve as a key connection between internal departments and assigned accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining effective communication ensuring account alignment and supporting ongoing operational objectives. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and assigned accounts
Maintain clear timely and professional communication across all stakeholders
Support account coordination documentation and follow-up processes
Ensure alignment between account needs and internal execution
Track account-related updates and assist with reporting and organization
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction
Support ongoing account initiatives and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications :
