Certification(s) Preferred:

Workday HCM Core Certification

Required Knowledge/Skills *:

• Demonstrates commitment to quality processing of HCM transactions;
• Demonstrates knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) services and data management including transactions related to: organizational structure & worker security role maintenance worker data changes mass data loads new hire/rehire processing leave absence management international assignment management short-term assignment management security administration and security/access requests; and
• Has proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and/or success in managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

• Demonstrates a willingness to work on a team and develop skills in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to teaming interpersonal skills relationship building leadership skills strategy and business knowledge;
• Escalates wins risks and concerns to leadership when appropriate;
