Key Responsibilities
- HR operations: onboarding performance cycles employee relations policy rollout.
- Administration: transport accommodation site facilities vendor contracts.
- Coordinate payroll inputs attendance systems benefits and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws contractor compliance with IR team).
- Support leadership with manpower planning and organizational development.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong HR operations admin exposure in industrial/site environments.
- Good compliance orientation and stakeholder handling.
