The main objective of this position is to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring seamless integration across systems. You align the technology architecture with organizational goals focusing on scalability security and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design Development & Planning: You design end-to-end IT solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. You ensure solutions are scalable secure resilient and cost-effective. You define architecture blueprints patterns and reference models.
- Requirements Analysis: You collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements. You translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural components.
- Technology Evaluation & Selection: You assess and recommend appropriate technologies platforms and tools. You ensure compatibility with existing systems and future scalability.
- Security & Compliance: You enforce architectural standards policies and best practices. You ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR ISO standards) and integrate security principles into architecture (e.g. identity access control data protection). You identify and mitigate technical risks early in the design phase.
- Integration & Interoperability: You identify interfaces of integration points and data flows between systems applications and services. You ensure seamless integration across heterogeneous environments (on-prem cloud hybrid). You assess and recommend suitable middleware tools.
- Documentation & Communication: You produce architecture documentation diagrams and decision records. You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Support & Delivery: You support development and operations teams during implementation. You validate architecture through proof-of-concepts pilots and close collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Domain Architects.
Qualifications :
- Academic degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Informatics Business Administration or a related field;
- 5 years of experience in a similar architecture role (cloud architecture solution architecture or enterprise architecture);
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies and IT architectures;
- Hands-on experience in interface design mapping data flows and architecture documentation;
- TOGAF certification;
- Several years of experience in business processes in the area of HR and/or Corporate Communications;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Capable of working in a multicultural distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in IT service management or a project environment;
- Deep knowledge in requirements gathering and analysis;
- Knowledge in agile project methodologies.
