Job Summary
- Restaurant Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits to pitch negotiate and sign Chinese restaurants ensuring value propositions are clearly communicated to decision-makers.
- Onboarding & Activation: Manage the end-to-end setup process including documentation menu upload and system activation to ensure partners are operationally ready.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with partners by acting as their primary liaison for support issue resolution and operational guidance.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends while submitting accurate daily reports on leads and conversion performance.
- Performance Targets: Consistently meet acquisition quotas and quality standards while following to company sales processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration English or another related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheet Slide).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
