We are constantly exploring 0 to 1 opportunities to expand our ecosystem. We are looking for an intern to join the Special Projects team. Your role is to take experimental business concepts and turn them into operational reality.
Get to Know the Role
Your First Assignment: Project Alpha (Niche Fleet Integration) Your first major project will be the end-to-end launch of a specialized non-standard transportation mode onto our platform. This vehicle type operates differently from our standard fleet (different speed use case and customer profile) and requires a bespoke strategy to succeed.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Scoping & Feasibility: You will analyze how to integrate a specific offline-heavy transportation mode into our real-time app. You will define the product-market fit (e.g. Leisure/Tourism vs. Commuting) and model the unit economics.
- Operational Flow Design: Standard SOPs wont work here. You will build new processes from scratchfrom onboarding drivers who require different training to designing a rider journey that accounts for unique vehicle constraints.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) & Partnerships: You will drive the launch strategy. This includes identifying key external partners to secure supply and demand ensuring the pilot has strong ecosystem support from Day 1.
3-Month Demand Gen Plan: You will own the immediate traction roadmap. You need to design the launch campaigns promo structures and awareness drivers to ensure we hit our trip targets in the first quarter.
