Join Our Team as a Diesel Mechanic!
Are you a skilled Diesel Mechanic looking for a new opportunity to showcase your talent and expertise Capitol Tower & Communications Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Waverly NE. As a Diesel Mechanic with us you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of diesel-powered equipment including trucks generators and heavy machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines including oil changes filter replacements and fluid checks.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with diesel engines and their associated components.
- Conduct thorough inspections of diesel-powered equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed on diesel engines.
Perform in depth mechanical repairs with a focus on Ford Power Stroke light duty trucks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Diesel Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment for diesel engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You have your own set of tools and equipment needed for the position.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage depending on experience. ($24-$28 starting)
- Reviews and raises starting atand 365 days.
