Category Manager Small Domestic Appliances (SDA)

Your Tasks

As a Category Manager SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) you will play a critical role in optimizing our SDA procurement strategy ensuring we leverage the best technologies while maintaining cost efficiency and strong vendor relationships. Youll be responsible for the end-to-end category management of SDA-related products and solutions. Your expertise will guide decision-making processes drive contract negotiations and support our digital transformation. Your key responsibilities are to:

• Develop and execute SDA procurement strategies that align with the companys goals and roadmap of the suppliers.
• Manage the SDA category like Coffee Cleaning and/or Kitchen categories
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends cost-saving opportunities and innovations.
• Lead supplier selection negotiation and contract management to ensure optimal value quality and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance legal online and our stores to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
• Monitor vendor performance ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Analyze spend data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement within the SDA category based on Customer Journeys.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring continuous alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain promotion and pricing strategy; to guarantee best offers for our customers.

Your Profile

• Bachelors or Master degree in Marketing or Business Management
• 3 years of experience in category management or procurement
• Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data forecast trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-Solving mindset to come up with innovative solutions that satisfy all parties
• Goal-Oriented Mindset keeping the ultimate goal in mind.
