Job Summary
Were looking for a Business Development Manager to support our Global Financial Markets (GFM) business in Amsterdam on temporary basis. In this role youll work at the centre of one of the firms largest global business units partnering with GFM leaders locally regionally and across the global network. Youll play a key part in driving client development market positioning and strategic growth for a business representing a significant share of the firms global revenue.
What youll do
- Support and deliver BD and marketing plans that align with European and global GFM strategy.
- Track BD performance and ROI to help drive targeted evidencebased decisionmaking.
- Use client sector and market insights to identify opportunities across local regional and global markets.
- Provide highquality tailored support on significant GFM pitches proposals and capability materials.
- Strengthen the practices profile through events thought leadership and external communications.
- Collaborate with BD colleagues across Europe and the global GFM network to ensure coordination and consistency.
- Encourage the use of innovation technology and AI to enhance efficiency and BD delivery.
Qualifications :
What you bring
- Experience in business development ideally in a professional services or lawfirm environment.
- Strong interest in financial markets and the work of a leading GFM practice.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- Clear communication strong organisation and a proactive practical approach.
- Academic degree in a relevant field required; Masters preferred.
