PwCworks with clients to help them define and implement their Global Payroll Strategy this often involves transforming the function with clients ranging from small teams to large multinational complex organisations
As part of our growth plans in the payroll consulting market we are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager to help drive our payroll services. You will be part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role is open to all our national offices and will involve some client travel.
What your days will look like:
Using various tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends developing strategies solving issues designing the future of the function and reviewing work for quality and relevance
You will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized work streams & teams
Ability to lead anRFPresponse from a client who is looking to work with a consultancy to assist them in defining and implementing their global payroll strategy.
Ensuring any risks to the BAU payroll cycle are identified and mitigated additional controls steps put in pace if required and lessonslearnt
Managing consulting engagements with the clients from proposing scoping developing (or overseeing) deliverables and team members
Youll provide coaching and feedback to team members and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

You have knowledge of processes and multi-country operating models
You want to be part of a growing team sharing knowledge and developing deeper levels of insight
You demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in making positive change in the payroll function for its performance and stakeholders
You demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience
