A bit about your role
The Program Manager within Strategic Program Delivery will lead and coordinate large-scale transformation programs across nbn ensuring operational readiness change adoption and benefits realization. This role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget managing risks and driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities include building strong stakeholder relationships fostering collaboration and providing clear communication across business units. The position requires strong organizational and leadership skills the ability to prioritize in complex environments and adherence to governance and quality standards. Success relies on influencing outcomes supporting team development and applying best practices to achieve enterprise goals.
A bit about you
As a Program Manager in Strategic Program Delivery youll play a key role in driving large-scale transformation programs that shape the future of nbn. Youll lead initiatives end-to-end ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with enterprise goals. Success in this role means building strong relationships fostering collaboration and influencing outcomes across multiple business units. Youll thrive in complex environments balancing priorities while maintaining governance and quality standards.
To excel youll bring a bachelors degree in a relevant field certifications such as PMP Prince2 Agile or Change Management and at least six years of experience managing enterprise-level transformation programs. Your strengths will include analytical thinking clear communication and exceptional stakeholder engagement. Leadership negotiation and planning skills are essential along with the ability to manage risks budgets and resources effectively. If youre highly organized adaptable and passionate about delivering meaningful change this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.
