Earn up to $27.00/hour as a W-2 CNA with NurseDashthis full-time role requires a minimum of 31 hours per week and offers a starting base hourly range of $21.50$23.50 depending on experience plus additional earning opportunities through overtime holiday pay and performance-based incentives.
What Youll Do
Support residents with daily living activities including mobility grooming dressing and personal care
Provide the emotional support and consistency that residents rely on
Assist with dining services laundry needs and resident comfort
Maintain dignity respect and a safe clinical environment
Follow facility protocols and complete any required training
Requirements
Active CNA license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and support residents with mobility needs
Strong communication skills and working proficiency in English
Experience in skilled nursing rehab or memory care preferred
