In this role you will be a Bookkeeper for a client in the manufacturing this role you will be responsible for performing and/or assisting with all types of accounting functions for a manufacturing company.
This is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed on-site.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience- preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background with AP/AR General Ledger and bank reconciliation
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP knowledge
- Must have a background reconciling General Ledger Accounts
- Ability to enter and post journal entries
- Experience with supporting cash entries and daily cash reporting activities
- Month-end and year-end closing processes
- Background with preparing financial statements and reports
- Understanding of property tax filing and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliation
- Knowledge of local state and federal financial regulations
- Ability to assist with audits and corporate tax preparations
