Responsibilities /岗位职责:


This position is responsible for driving new high value sales opportunities within the South China and supporting the business partners during the sales cycle. The candidate will be positioning ISC full suite of gas detection products and services to prospective customers (inclusive of cloud connected software like iNET Control SAFER as well as managed services like iNET Exchange).

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle at the end user and distributor would be using solution selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes and be responsible to communicate and support corporate initiatives for end users and addition you will partner with your channel distributors including identifying managing and evaluating current and new distribution channels.

Key Accountabilities /主要工作内容:

  • Accountable for approved sales goals or targets.

  • Prepare and present proposals presentations and strategic business plan for the responsible region.

  • Build new and strengthen strategic business relationships with distribution partners and customers.
    建立新的并加强与分销合作伙伴及客户的战略业务关系
  • Selling gas detection solutions through direct and indirect channels.
    通过直接和间接渠道销售气体检测解决方案
  • Track and update internal CRM system for sales opportunities accounts leads and contacts.

  • Drive and manage sales through forecasting qualification account strategy and planning.

  • Ensure a high level of product and vendor knowledge.

  • Manage and provide necessary sales and service support where needed to end user and partners.

  • Work in collaboration with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive growth.

  • Travel within Fujian GuangXi HaiNan.

Qualifications /职位要求:

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience.
    具备3年以上相关工作经验
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    具备优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力
  • Self-driven and goal oriented.
    具备自我驱动力和目标导向意识
  • Demonstrated ethical business conduct and practices.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization.

  • Experience working with distribution channels.
    具备与分销渠道合作的经验
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.

  • Fluent in English reading and writing.
    英语读写流利
  • Gas detection experience (sales customer service or technical support) a plus.
    具备气体检测领域经验的销售客户服务或技术支持者优先
  • Knowledge of Industrial IoT and cloud connected device technology.
    了解工业物联网和云连接设备技术
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred.
    具备本科及以上学历者优先专业不限
