About the Role

Were looking for a reliable detail-oriented intern who can commit to at least three days per week for a longer-term internship. Youll handle daily routine tasks such as order entry data verification and meeting coordination ensuring smooth operations within the team.

What You Will Do

• Efficiently query global ATP (Available-to-Promise) and verify system pricing information to ensure orders are accurately and promptly entered into the system.
• Manage the process of accepting and entering SAP orders into the system.
• Assist in tracking the monthly/quarterly sales teams progress toward targets and conduct regular progress updates.
• Support meeting preparation as well as organize and archive meeting minutes.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management and actively collaborate with the team on ad hoc projects and daily operational matters within the department.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Full-time bachelors degree or higher.
• Proficient computer operation and internet skills advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications SAP system experience is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility excellent communication and coordination abilities and careful attention to detail.
• Good command of English listening speaking reading and writing.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Fluent spoken English and hands-on experience with data analysis tools will set you apart.

What Makes You Eligible

• Maintain focus when handling repetitive tasks and consistently produce accurate detail-oriented work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint. And can manage routine processes efficiently.
