The Opportunity
In this role you will be partnering with business leaders to provide solutions to employee-related matters maintaining a balance between being a strategic business partner and employee champion. This position will continuously challenge the status quo and develop initiatives that ensure Worldline is an employer of choice.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically about big picture business goals as well as tactically execute a full range of HR initiatives. You will serve as the primary partner to the business and the liaison with the broader HR community. Candidates for this role should be collaborative solution-oriented analytical and be able to engage positively with colleagues. The role must effectively work in a fast-paced environment bringing positive energy and enthusiasm to the team all while showing great customer orientation. You will be providing comprehensive advice and support on employee relations issues (disciplinaries grievances absence management performance management redundancy flexible working maternity leave etc.).
