Job Summary

Job Overview

Were looking for an experienced CRM Administrator to lead and manage our HubSpot platform across all Go-To-Market (GTM) functions including Marketing Sales and Customer Success. Youll be the go-to expert for all things HubSpot ensuring the platform is optimized for scalability data integrity and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user with a strategic mindset strong operational skills and the ability to translate GTM needs into effective system configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities:

If you join us your day-to-day will include:

  • Platform Ownership
    Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM Marketing Hub Sales Hub and Service Hub.
  • System Administration & Configuration
    Manage user roles permissions pipelines properties templates and system integrations.
  • Process Optimization
    Design and maintain scalable lead management lifecycle tracking and handoff processes across GTM teams.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key GTM metrics such as lead flow conversion rates campaign attribution and revenue performance..
  • User Enablement & Support
    Provide training documentation and ongoing support to GTM teams to ensure effective use of HubSpot tools and features.
  • Continuous Improvement
    Stay current with HubSpot updates and releases. Evaluate new features and recommend enhancements to improve GTM efficiency and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

Youre a great fit if you have:

  • 35 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator or in a GTM operations role
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM Marketing Hub and Sales Hub (Service Hub is a plus)
  • Proven success in managing complex workflows automation and integrations
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Admin or Marketing/Sales Hub certifications
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with tools like Salesforce Outreach ZoomInfo or BI platforms
  • Background in SaaS B2B technology or a similar growth-oriented environment

Location: Herndon VA Hybrid (3x/week)
