As part of the global Sulzer Group Sulzer GT Aero is a recognised specialist in gas turbine inspection maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) supporting both aeroderivative and industrial gas turbines. We work in close partnership with operators across Energy Oil & Gas Power Generation Nuclear and emerging HighImpact Technology (HIT) sectors helping customers enhance the reliability performance and lifecycle value of their most critical rotating equipment.

To enable our strategic growth plans we are creating a new Area Sales Manager position with responsibility for the UK and Iberian markets. This role has been established to strengthen market coverage bring fresh commercial momentum and unlock new revenue opportunities across both mature and developing sectors.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketspecific sales strategies across the UK and Iberia
• Drive new business growth within the HIT segment identifying opportunities for service differentiation and longterm value creation
• Manage and grow key accounts across Oil & Gas Nuclear and Power Generation
• Lead customer engagement from early opportunity identification through to contract award
• Work closely with engineering operations and global sales teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
• Act as Sulzer GT Aeros commercial ambassador strengthening our reputation and presence across the region

To succeed in this role you will need

• Proven experience in sales or business development within gas turbines rotating equipment or highvalue engineered services
• A strong understanding of aeroderivative gas turbines and servicebased commercial models
• Experience working across UK industrial markets; exposure to Iberia is highly desirable
• The ability to build trust with senior customer stakeholders in complex and highly regulated environments
• A profile that is commercially sharp technically credible and motivated by growth
