Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Site Security: Responsible for the daily security protocols and acting as the primary key-holder for the estate.
Maintenance & Projects: Managing general repairs and overseeing external contractors on large-scale facilities projects.
Health & Safety: Maintaining all statutory logs including fire safety water hygiene and asbestos management.
