The Opportunity & Role Profile
This Outstanding Enfield academy is seeking a proactive and skilled Caretaker. You will be responsible for the security maintenance and overall safety of a high-spec site ensuring it remains an inspiring and safe environment for pupils and staff.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Site Security: Responsible for the daily opening and locking of the school site and acting as the primary key-holder.
Maintenance & Compliance: Managing general repairs supervising external contractors and ensuring all Health & Safety logs (fire/water) are meticulously kept.
Operational Excellence: Supporting the schools events and co-curricular programmes through effective room setups and logistics.

Essential Requirements: Proven experience in site management or a skilled trade (plumbing/electrical/joinery).
