Job Summary

We are looking for a Commercial Cost Administrator to join our Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to Start their career and gain valuable experience within a commercial setting. The role will support the accurate administration of contract costs with full training and ongoing support provided.

Please be aware this position is based in our Stockport (STOCK) office with the expectation to travel to Levenshulme Stafford and our site locations so a full UK driving license is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Support the provision of cost evidence for all contract costs

Download and organise cost information from systems such as D365 and Syrinx

Liaise with finance and site teams regarding journals and cost postings

Assist in allocating costs to the correct activities

Respond to cost-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and support cost reviews and audits

Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Confident communicator with the ability to work with different teams

Comfortable working with systems and numerical data

Willingness to learn and develop within a commercial environment

Full training and development support will be provided
