The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mailroom and shipping operations conference room setup and customer-facing roles. Strong knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams is required along with basic printing capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and attention to detail. This is a physical role combined with administrative responsibilities offering the opportunity for permanent placement. Parking is provided.
