Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients assisting with inquiries policy updates and claim submissions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Educate clients on insurance products and services
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
