Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Certification team.
- Accurately enter and update certification application and applicant data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic certification records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Efficiently manage and mail certificates and documents to applicants.
- Serve as a point of contact providing professional customer service to education administrators staff community members education partners and families.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Teams) and database management systems with high proficiency.
- Maintain strong organizational skills attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing including active listening.
- Work 100% onsite at the North campus in downtown Phoenix Monday Friday between 8AM and 4:30PM (no more than 20 hours per week).
- Adhere to business/business-casual dress code.
- Start immediately after onboarding upon passing fingerprint clearance and 7-year background check.
- Assignment is estimated for 3 months with likely extension (potential pay increase after 1/1/26).
- Must have a high school diploma or higher and prior clerical or administrative experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US full-time.
- Interviews may be remote or onsite.
