Preparing risk/issue/decision documentation with input from workstream teams and maintaining updates to each on a weekly basis. Partnering with the State PMO team to add new risks/issues/decisions to the Google drive Log (Source of truth) Updating weekly/monthly status reports Presenting open issues/risks in a monthly State PMO call Conducting a weekly internal meeting to gather new issues/risks/decisions and update Meet weekly with SPMO to align on outstanding risks/issues/decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Integrated Eligibility system in the Maintenance & Operations phase of the project lifecycle with signficant hours dedicated to enhancements.

5 years of IT Project Management experience 2 years of experience in project management for a State Medicaid Agency or a large healthcare management organization Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experienced managing IRAAD for fast paced complex initiative with multiple workstreams Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Cross functional team of about 120 resources- candidate will be a member of the project PMO team working with various internal workstream and client leads.
