Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support commercial decision making for our client through accurate reporting real time insights and strong analytical capability.
Salary and Benefits:
- USD 600-800 Gross
Responsibilities:
- Analyse daily weekly and monthly sales performance across channels including van sales.
- Generate and interpret sales reports to support forecasting stock planning and route-to-market optimisation.
- Maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and ensure timely reporting for management.
- Monitor real-time performance dashboards and highlight trends risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales finance and operations teams to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables lookups dashboards).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with real-time analytical tools and performance dashboards.
- Proficiency in Tally or SAP for sales and inventory reporting.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales data including van sales and route-to-market structures.
- Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to interpret large datasets accurately.
- Strong attention to detail problem solving ability and a proactive approach to insights generation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Statistics or related.
