Technical Lead (C# .NET / Core)
Role Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer with 10 years of professional C#/.NET experience to actively design build and deliver solutions using Core services and supporting components. The primary responsibility is hands on software implementation and technical problem-solving in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills (must have)
C# / .NET (minimum 6 years)
Core 6 or 8
REST API architecture and implementation
JSON (serialization contracts compatibility)
Swagger / OpenAPI
NuGet (dependency management versioning packaging)
Serilog (structured logging sinks enrichment)
AutoMapper (profiles mapping strategy testing)
MediatR (CQRS request/handler patterns pipeline behaviors)

Required Experience
6 years professional experience in C#/.NET software engineering.
Significant hands-on experience with Core 6 building and operating production APIs.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software solutions as a Senior Developer.
Strong working knowledge and practical application of:
o MediatR request/handler patterns and CQRS-style separation
o AutoMapper for DTO/domain mapping
o Serilog structured logging
o Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation
o NuGet packaging and dependency governance
o Entity Framework Core and data access best practices
o Containerization and orchestration (Docker / Compose / Kubernetes)
o Relational database design and optimization (PostgreSQL or SQL Server)
