  1. Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition ideally within the oil and gas industry (operations & maintenance) or manufacturing industry.
  3. Experience on high-volume hiring as well as niche roles.
  4. Previous experience with the multiproduct multilocational company in the oil and gas or related manufacturing companies would be an advantage.
  5. Knowledge and understanding of best hiring practices in India with good understanding of labor laws.
  6. Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes sourcing strategies and talent acquisition trends.
  7. Previous working experience on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software/HRMS.

Job role
  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for positions in Sales & Marketing Operations & Maintenance Project business and Manufacturing plant.
  2. Leverage various platforms such as LinkedIn job portals recruitment agencies campus recruitment and employee referrals to source skilled workforce.
  3. Work collaboratively with department leaders and HR team to understand manpower requirements role specifications and business needs.
  4. Write Job Conduct interviews assessments and evaluate candidate fit based on skills experience and cultural alignment.
  5. Promote the company as an employer of choice in the Oil and Gas sectors by leveraging social media recruitment marketing and other innovative strategies.
  6. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire cost-per-hire and quality of hire. Provide regular reports Analysis and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
  7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles across all verticals.
  8. Ensure the recruitment process complies with local labor laws and company policies.
