Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruitment Hiring Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions. The role demands strong ownership of hiring effective stakeholder management and a proven track record of stability and consistent performance in corporate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using consultants job portals referrals LinkedIn and internal databases
Screen assess and coordinate interviews to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
Manage offer roll-outs negotiations and successful closures
Ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines budgets and quality benchmarks
Maintain accurate recruitment data MIS reports and hiring dashboards
Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and consultants
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies processes and documentation standards

Strong experience in corporate hiring (non-agency background preferred)
Proven expertise in mid and senior-level recruitment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics pipelines and closure management
