Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruitment Hiring Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions. The role demands strong ownership of hiring effective stakeholder management and a proven track record of stability and consistent performance in corporate recruitment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using consultants job portals referrals LinkedIn and internal databases
  • Screen assess and coordinate interviews to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Manage offer roll-outs negotiations and successful closures
  • Ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines budgets and quality benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data MIS reports and hiring dashboards
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies processes and documentation standards

  • Strong experience in corporate hiring (non-agency background preferred)
  • Proven expertise in mid and senior-level recruitment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics pipelines and closure management
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • High levels of ownership accountability and follow-through
